The Performance Measurement Unit is the official unit responsible for measuring and monitoring indicators of performance for the University’s strategic plan, as well as key performance indicators for accredited higher education institutions through the Higher Education Evaluation and Training Authority. The Unit operates within an integrated work system with all administrative and academic units in the University, through providing annual reports on institutional indicators – related to various entities within the University – which include analysis of results and recommendations guiding executive and operational planning for these entities. Furthermore, the Unit provides appropriate support and training for specialists from the University’s administrative and academic staff members to ensure the design of suitable data collection tools, ensuring accuracy in statistical analyses, and preparing periodic and annual reports for monitoring and improving performance.
