Building upon the ambitious vision of Najran University and in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 targets for enhancing the competitiveness of Saudi universities globally, the Global Rankings Unit supports the university's standing in leading international and regional rankings through the development of an integrated institutional system focused on data quality, performance indicators, and academic and research impact.

The unit strives to achieve this through continuous coordination with the university’s colleges and various departments, raising awareness of global ranking methodologies, providing periodic performance analysis, and proposing developmental initiatives based on data and internationally approved standards, which will contribute to improving educational outcomes, scientific research, community service, and international collaboration.
