Building upon the Vision 2030, the University cares for undergraduate students, lecturers, language teachers, and research assistants according to the regulations governing the affairs of Saudi Arabian university employees, including faculty members and those equivalent in status, based on Article (Fifteenth) Paragraph (Seventh) of the Regulations of the Higher Education Council and Universities, which stipulates that the Council issues regulations regarding the affairs of university personnel, both Saudi nationals and contractors, including their salaries, allowances, and benefits, after preparation by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Economy and Planning, and the Ministry of Human Resources.
