1. Design mechanisms to establish communication bridges between the Development and Quality Directorate and university staff to attract creative ideas and initiatives.
2. Create a bank of ideas and creative initiatives within the Development and Quality Directorate.
3. Adopt distinguished ideas and initiatives that lead the Agency for Development and Quality to leadership.
4. Coordinate with the Planning and Follow-up Unit to incorporate innovative initiatives into the Directorate’s annual plan.
5. Enhance the self-resources of the Development and Quality Directorate.
6. Develop human resources within the scope of the job and work on developing their capabilities.
