Unit Tasks:

1. Disseminate a culture of institutional excellence within the University and link it to the University's values and professional departments.

2. Review and audit the University’s policies, procedures, and regulatory processes.

3. Participate in reviewing and auditing organizational structures and frameworks based on the University’s strategic plan.

4. Contribute to reviewing and evaluating operational efficiency and ensuring its quality, and providing improvement suggestions aimed at enhancing its effectiveness.

5. Monitor the University’s institutional excellence awards and evaluate their mechanisms and indicators.

6. Identify training needs for human resources related to the unit's areas of work and coordinate with relevant organizational units to meet those needs.

7. Prepare the University’s annual report and follow up on its achievements with all parties.

8. Provide recommendations regarding rationalization and cost-effectiveness for all university supplies.
