About the Administration
The General Administration of Financial Affairs at the University supervises the implementation of all financial systems, regulations, instructions, and decisions related to the University, ensuring their efficient and effective performance, and is directly linked to the Vice-Chancellor of the University.The General Administration of Financial Affairs follows:

Affiliated Entities
Financial Administration:Overseeing the implementation of all financial systems, regulations, instructions, and decisions pertaining to the University, ensuring its performance with efficiency and effectiveness.
Planning and Budgeting Management:
Concerned with preparing the University’s budget project and spending plan, implementing financial commitments, and related planning activities, monitoring them, preparing annual reports, as well as carrying out tasks within its jurisdiction that are delegated to it by the University's senior administration.
Procurement Management:
Securing the University’s needs for office supplies, educational materials, scientific and medical equipment, and laboratory supplies through local and international purchases, as well as what entails this through coordination with requesting parties to specify conditions and specifications, submitting requests for proposals and studying them, completing systematic procedures to secure them, issuing and following up on purchase orders until the completion of delivery procedures and settling the resulting entitlements.
Warehouses Management:
Storing and distributing materials to academic and administrative boards within the University, facilitating operations in them, and organizing them according to warehouse government regulations and what the Ministry of Finance issues in this regard, as well as the systems followed in the University.
Contracts and Inventory Control Management:
Concerned with safeguarding public funds through monitoring assets, recording them, and preserving supporting documents, monitoring the general warehouse and affiliated branches of the University, and controlling disbursement from the general warehouse and branches according to Article (24) of Government Warehouse Regulations and Procedures.
