• Publishing a culture of awareness regarding the importance of continuing to develop and innovate academic programs and their curricula.
  • Creating a qualitative leap at the university level; through building high-quality programs that qualify their graduates to compete in the job market.
  • Overseeing development and innovation of academic programs and curricula in collaboration with academic departments and colleges, in light of the latest global theories and trends, and labor market needs.
  • Enhancing the efficiency of university staff regarding the development and building of educational plans.
  •   Design and preparation of procedural manuals and necessary models for the development and introduction of academic programs and curricula.
  • Reviewing proposed programs and incoming academic plans from departments and ensuring their compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
  • Evaluation of programs and curricula and proposing necessary developments.
  • Preparation for sessions of the Permanent Committees for Plans and Academic System, and their detailing, to be submitted to the University President for approval.
  •  Providing the Deanship of Admissions and Enrollment, along with the colleges, periodically with any updates to accredited academic programs as approved by the University Council.
  •  Development of a technical database for all plans, programs, and procedures related to them, for easy retrieval and continuity.
  • Conducting surveys regarding the suitability of developed and newly designed plans, labor market needs, and scientific advancements.
  • Proposal to establish partnerships with other universities to develop academic programs and curricula
  • Submit periodic reports on the work of the administration to the Dean of Academic Affairs.
